These terms cover the public website at rennage.com and, when you are invited, the authenticated 485 Order Validator. By using the site or accepting a Rennage invitation, you agree to these terms.
The product
Rennage is assistive documentation software for home-health quality review of CMS-485 Plans of Care. Deterministic rule checks run first. AI may suggest findings or rewrite help. Humans remain responsible for clinical, billing, and submission decisions. Rennage does not approve, deny, certify, or guarantee Medicare coverage.
Accounts and invitations
Access to the Validator requires an authorized organization account. Guests redeem invitations through Microsoft. You must use credentials you are allowed to use and keep them confidential. Agency administrators decide who may be invited and which role they receive.
Acceptable use
- Do not upload or email identifiable patient charts to the public website or to [email protected].
- Use the Validator only for your organization’s legitimate quality-review work.
- Do not attempt to bypass authentication, roles, or audit controls.
- Do not use the service to provide legal, medical, or coverage advice to third parties as if it were Rennage’s determination.
Protected health information
When an agency enables PHI features under a Business Associate Agreement, that agency is responsible for its own HIPAA policies and for what its users submit. Rennage applies the technical safeguards described in the privacy statement.
Intellectual property
The site, product name, and software are owned by Rennage. You may not copy the product or present Rennage findings as a coverage decision. Your organization keeps its own clinical documentation.
Disclaimer
The site and product are provided as-is. We do not warrant uninterrupted service or that findings are complete. Medicare rules and contractor interpretation can change. Your clinicians and billing staff must review every plan of care before signature or submission.
